I'd email him and let him know he could have at least ask for permission. Even though it's on the internet, that's a very unique picture and can be easily proven to be yours.

That's why a lot of people put their own watermark on each photo.

Me, I'd be flattered.

Mine get stolen all the time for ebay auctions. I gave up long ago complaining if they actually took the photo and hosted it some place else - it just got to be more effort than it was worth to complain.

However, if the bastard is stealing my bandwidth, I always replace it with a new, more appropriate photo. [img]smile.gif[/img]

And those are just the ones I know of because they're stealing bandwidth...you can see why I gave up trying to worry about the ones that copy the photos!

So my advice - if he isn't stealing your bandwidth, let it go. If he is - replace the photo with something...interesting.

MWC, holy hell man, that's a lot of stolen pictures! I must say it doesn't surprise me though.

I know he isn't stealing my bandwith, because he shrunk the picture, and it has a Snapfish logo in the corner.

In a way this kinda bothers me, but at the same time, I don't really give a crap. lol so I think I will just let it go....I think. Muahahahaha

Also, it's not like I haven't ever stolen pictures from the web. My whole myspace page is full of them. I don't ever steal bandwith though, and host them myself.

The only thing I don't like, is that he is using it to sell product.
