This is old news, my friend. But I do agree it's worth having although VERY dry in his teaching approach... and no Porcupine Tree songs [img]frown.gif[/img]
I have HIGH expectations for a second DVD from Gavin as he is a VERY clever player.
I just found out that Porcupine Tree is playing a free outdoor concert here next week.

Before I noticed the PT gig, I was thinking about going to PFM ($$) the day before. It would have been more for nostalgia. Having prog roots, I need my prog fix from time to time. So I'll opt for the contemporary sounds of PT.
PS: Anybody knows PFM (Permiata Forneria Marconi)? Great Italian prog band of the 70s. I thought they were dead and well but they reunited with a new CD. I dug 'em for a good while. Complex and joyful music. Lots of odd times. 4 holes in the ground, Celebration (we played that tune in my ex-prog band),...Good memories.
