Slash Boxed set photos

OK - I had to have this before - and now seeing it is this close - I am REALLY looking forward to it!

Just a shame I don't have the room on my desk for duplicates anymore!

shit, I didn't even keep the amps from the KISS ALive! figs...
if EVERY music fig came with an amp, I might have, though.

Between Kiss Alive and the Jimi box set I have four stacks of amps with two extra heads. They'll eventually just stay with my stage setup (when I retire Jimi) and I'll just rotate the band.

The cool thing about Slash's set is the Marshall logos on them. Damn. I wanted those amps as much as I wanted Slash!

I only had the three amps that came with KISS...never got the Jimi fig (not fan).
I would have liked to have a fucking WALL of them, but I wasn't gonna shell out that kinda coin for it. the KISS figs were $18 a pop when they came out (this was in Victoria, not WInnipeg). so $54 for three amps...and I'd have wanted at least 20...
ouch.

they really should have done a musicar pack, although I hate the idea of exclusive accessor packs.

speaking of, if anyone needs any music gear for their toys, gimme a shout, I have a bunch of extra stuff.

I had to buy an extra Gene when my first one decided to do a stage dive and broke his bass. That gave me the four single amps with heads. You can sorta see them here.

I'll eventually add Jimi's two sets of stacks to one side of the stage and use the Kiss amps to build double stacks for the other side. That should make a fairly nice wall of amps for any band.
