gr8 game haysi.i missed the first half but heard u dominated .i couldnt understand why #31 was took out of the game second half ?was he hurt ?

No he was just fine but James Colley opted to leave one of his bigest weapons on the sidelines what motivated this decision is beyond me.

I wish i could have been there but i for one am not suprised that things like that would occur, it has happened in the past and will probably happen again. Good game evadently and like i said wish i coudl have been there.

I'm just in shock about the second half last night. It was either give it to ryan jones up the gut or pass the ball. We were getting stopped at the line and lance threw two int. Why did we take out all our speed? I know elijah fumbled twice but good lord he was on of the only people gaining yardage. We had our opportunites to win and just screwed up

I think you hit the nail on the head dunduin with why Elijah didn't get any 2nd half carries...his two fumbles in the first half. I would have been willing to take my chances however because he was gashing honaker's defense with big gains. Zach Counts also had some nice runs and it was obvious that Haysi had more speed than Honaker but for some reason opted to give most of the carries to Jones who was obviously still hobbled with his foot injury and noticeably limping on several different occasions. I know Elijah has fumble-itus because he fumbled twice against Rye Cove too but I thought he gave us the best chance to win the game with his ability to get to the corner...I mean Ryan also had a fumble in the first half so I dunno...oh well maybe they can look at the tape and see what all of us in the crowd saw and change it up a little next time because I think there is a very good likelihood that we will see them again come playoff time...too bad next time it will be at Fuller Field.

Yes, all of this is very true, but when you have a number of different RB's, and only when really solid QB, then that is the way things are going to happen. Lance is going to be in the game no matter what, and I think he can handle it. Why, we don't have a backup with any experience. WHen you have 4 good Rb's then everyone is going to get his shot. SHould elijah have gotten another chance in the 2nd half? Yes. Did he want another chance in the 2nd half? Well, I'm not really sure. All of this is beside the point though now. We need to focus on TV and then the next game, and so on for the rest of the season. If we win out we will probably be the #1 seed in the play-offs and get another chance at HOnaker.

i say neither one of the tigers had better overlook tv or hurley(4-0).hurley is no pushover.we may have it tuff with the AA schools we have left on our schedule but if we can win 2 out of 3 of them and beat tv and hurley then theirs no way u can get the #1 seed.i dont understand the points system to well.thats a big IF.so i guess its a wait and see deal.good chance we will see u all again ,but none of us need to be countin chickens .
