Yeah I saw that ad in the new MD! I suspect it's similar to the BOA, but maybe it has an isolated spring in that side chamber, not sure. I'm very curious about it too! (and price!) [img]graemlins/money.gif[/img]

I think it will have a toe stop (removable) when it's available. Most people keep there toe at position 1 or even further down the pedal. The pedal in the photo had all the etchings done in Photoshop and weren't on the actual pedal. By the time it's shipping, all that will be worked out.
I noticed how fake those etchings looked. My drum teacher endorses trick and had one of these at his house a little back, I got to play on it a little. It's incredibly smooth and responsive. I'm buying one. Although, I hope they come out with a double.

It uses an internal compression spring. I've seen and fooled around with a few of the earlier prototypes as well as the one in the photo. It has very, very smooth action, and is very adjustable to different types of action - like an Axis. It should be a big seller for Trick.
They're coming out with a double too. I believe they'll be shipping around the same time. It has a better U-joint than any other pedal out there, according to what I was told. Another difference is the pedal clamps to your hoop via a lever/spring rather than a screw. So it should clip on and off very quickly.

jojo had a specail pedal that he designed on his kit that looked very similar to this....with no right hand bar so he can do his heel toe technique....looks cool.
