so sick of rain

we did need it but dang...where is the sunshine..I want a half way nice tan when I go back home...

At least you weren't shook out of bed at 3am because the tornado sirens were blaring!!! We have two more days of this and the a dry spell over the weekend before the next round.
I just hope the pansies, tomatoes and peppers planted yesterday are going to be ok after a deluge of rain.

I can totally relate. I am so sick of this rain. My kitchen has turned into a greenhouse cuz I cant get anything into the garden from all the puddles.

Holy Moley!!

Lake front property..the price just went up...

We were supposed to get clearing today, but I woke to , eye, MORE RAIN! Chloe's game was not cancelled but they lost 7-13...mostly from the pitcher who just got so tired near the end that she walked like 8 runs in. Chloe had a great hit and brought home two runners. I was so excited for her. She had such a fun time and that was the best thing about watching her play...smiling the entire time...even when she struck out.

WOW on the flooding to my East!!! We are having the same problems here Rog just to the east/south its been a deluge and more to come tonight and tomorrow.
I am happy that the tornado sirens now go off at 45 minutes before expected circulation is in our area. I recall as a child that they went off when the tornado was spotted by a human being so I am happy technology is keeping more people safe.

She's into baseball then? That is so cool. Did you teach her? You'll need to take me to a batting cage some time. I can't even hit a fly with a swatter.

She plays softball...the girl version of baseball. Her fav sport is volleyball though. She is having such a fun time.
