I thought the ones I saw looked OK - didn't see any Nancy figures (another license I have zero interest in though). I want to get a color Hartigan for a custom.

Marv and Hartigan for me. They look fine, judging by the pictures on spawn.
Marv looks exactly like the prototype, and is fucking awesome [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
Hartigan's damn good, I wouldn't say 100% on the likeness, but look around for good paintjobs, too

Got a glimpse of them in SunCoast this week as they were unpacking them.
Wasn't interested in them to begin with, and seeing them didn't alter that.
Although it may be due to me not being all that into the Sin City comics
The only ones that I'm even thinking about picking up are Marv (passably ok) and Hartigan (not great, but not *terrible*).
Personally, I feel NECA really dropped the ball on this one. I would be all over amazing SIn City figure... hell, even just good ones. These are just "off", though.
