My Summer So Far...

I've been really busy this summer, probably because I took a two week trip to the Great West. I saw basically almost all there is to see in the Midwest and West. I saw the Arch in St. Louis, Grand Teton National Park, Jewel Cave, Mount Rushmore, Devil's Tower, Badlands National Park, and Yellowstone National Park, just to name a few.

But anyway I thought I would share a few pictures from my trip...

This is Grand Prismatic Spring. It is also in Yellowstone. It had steam coming off of it in just about every color imaginable.

Cool pics man, I went out west for the first time two years ago. It truly is different country out there. Hope you had a good time out there.

Oh yeah the trip was awesome. It was basically a school field trip lol. There were 9 of us, and the other kids were from other schools in the region. Ol' Cawood was the man that took us, but it was sponsored by the Wise County School Board and Natural Tunnel. (Now no one can say that the School Board hasn't done anything good.) And I may be speaking for only myself here, but Mt. Rushmore is kinda creepy!

Cawood is pretty cool, never will forget his Ecology class I had.
