Oh yeah it was well schmart. Couldn't even get served at the fucking bar.
oh, a few other highlights of the night were....
this band playing Children Of The Night, Ska Style
and
Yeter Pang
and
getting early christmas pressies off people
and
Calling people as they walk past with Barker
AND
getting upstairs with our backstage passes......only to get found out and kick out the balcony area [img]frown.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img]

anyway...we were shocking
it was the worst night of my life
2 power cuts mid song, not in tune, empty room........basically a shit set.....our worst gig yet!!!!!!!!!!
the highlight of my night was smashing my guitar up
i hated the rest of the night, full of cunts...i hated 80% of the people there i reckon..........
i even got started on in the toilets by some tinger for no reson (Rickells back me up!) cunts.....
I was deffin all the time about stupid shit too which made the night worse.....mer,i dont know, im just in a bad mood....pfffft
plus gay andy got beaten up by a bouncer and had to go to the hozzy which i thought was harsh
conclusion: WORST NIGHT EVER
God, that all sounds harsh - I ended up having an alright time, but the whole set-up stank - hot and claustrophobic, an overstated security presence - I doubt any of the bands were able to give good performances, with the possible exception of the Pang - in typical Solid fashion the music was secondary to everything - they must have made a fortune - us kids shouldn't really go along with it, but we do - I'm starting to feel a little ashamed
Winging bastards! I thought it was a really good night... yeah it was hot and stuffy but it's what you get at a gig with big bands e.g. NOFX, Lagwagon... I didn't get any shit off anyone, got pissed, played and had a fucking ace time watching the bands and getting smashed.. [img]smile.gif[/img]
Me and Hayley spent most of the night walking round in circles admiring the other girls breasts, but i guess it wasn't that bad, i didn't get hurt.

with respect mate, youre much less likely to get shit than someone like myself or adam....
i didnt get any shit apart from one kid pushed his mate into me, they both received a harsh kick and bothered us no more, too much security..a one way system (?!) erm, forgot how to play guitar just before i went in with yeter pang...... ufk set was the best weve played and possibly the most fun ive ever had with (most of) my clothes on.... i think being there early ruined it all, and if im honest, i wouldnt have gone if i hadnt been playing.......
from what i saw....... siknotes, rip offs, andy tyrell and just were ded good, but i missed most of the bands that people recommended...... there was a lot of shit there....pma(?).....
but steve stanley surprised me with being pretty understanding and alright about the whole thing( we had two ticket books and about fourty kid nicked, someone with two of our books was mugged by some cocks)
all in all, im glad to get it over with.....thanks for anyone who lent me stuff, and all the gullable gits who watched yeter pang or ufk

i agree with the whole gettin there early thing, i was there from 2.45 and we didnt go on till 9.10 i was knackered. but still i enjoyed myself, had a few words with wankers throwin fag buts on stage while still lit and had a few choice words for that security woman in the foyee', what a stupid cow, moanin at me for goin for a damn piss
