This lady on the ESPN baseball game is rambling about civil rights, more specifically the fact that MLB has only 8% black players. She says baseball has failed blacks miserably, and that laws need to be passed, requiring a certain % of black players.

My goodness. I really wish people didn't act like that.
There is arising percentage of more puerto ricans and dominicans then anything simply because they guys can play baseball year round and when it comes time to sign a contract these guys will play for literally meal money. i had a friend who played in the Indians organization a few years ago and he said some of the dominicans he played with would take there money and instead of eating fast food they would go buy a big bag of rice and just eat it in the hotel. Thas a ludacris comment by that lady, if thas the case then the japanesse need to complain about the lack of representation in the nfl.
