80's TV show?

I am trying to remember the name of a show from the 80's, it was a sci-fi type show where some guy ended up in the future and all I can remember is him making friends with some pretty blonde and her showing him this big wall of lights and telling him how everyone is represented by one of the lights and when a light goes out they die or vice versa.

I have seached all kinds of ways for 80's tv shows, 80's tv sci-fi, etc. but haven't been able to come up with anything yet. My wife even remembered it but has no clue what it was called or anything. Maybe some of you can come up with something or remember it.

Sounds like the movie "starman"...who knows tho

Quantam Leap maybe?

That almost sounds like something I remember seeing on Quantum Leap.

Logan's Run?

Couldn't have been Quantum Leap, I never really watched that show, and it is also to new. Leap started in 1989 and the show I am talking about would ave been in the early 80's.

Logans Run has potential to be it, I will have to do some searching and see if there are any episodes of it on line anywhere.

I used to loooove Quatum Leap.

And Unsolved Mysteries. Except it kinda freaked me out.

I looked up Logan's Run and it was a 1976 movie. I remember watching the movie, but don't remember if there was a TV show.

Quantum Leap was a show that came before it's time.

Logan's Run was a tv show after the movie came out. It ran for about half a year starting in 1977 and ended in 1978, it only lasted 13 episodes.

I am pretty sure this is the show I am thinking of, the lights were on a big wall instead of in their hands like in the movie.
