Is education important?

I think it is and always will be. It helps a person to get better paying jobs and ect;, but what does it gain a man to gain the whole world and yet lose his soul?

You mean like someone posting somewhere and resorting to threats of violence? Losing your soul like that. Lying, being deceitful, things like that?

To me if a place did that to me, I would avoid it.

Education is a good thing. Sad thing is many educators do not teach folks to think for themselves nowdays. Instead, they are taught to follow and accept the status quo....producing educated numb skulls. Education is a powerful tool, but it seems most folks just want the title of being educated but never unlock its potential.

So are you sugesting that no one should further there education beond the basics for fear that it may hurt there relationship with god?

No, actuall that is not what I meant. I meant that a relationship with God is the most important thing. We must remember that we all are fleshly sometimes, but is that really a measure of a man? It is according what the lying is, give some examples maybe. I do not think a place or any person makes anyone do anyhting.A person chioces to do that on their own, not the blame game. God forgives that person because he loves them. We all fall short from time to time.

Funny then you shouldn't complain about someone posting things that are offensive or profane then, because it wouldn't affect anybody.

I love it when those who think they are doing the will of god accept what they see and read without questioning. It is so much easier for them to join me that way.

Let everyone choose for themselves what is right and what is wrong.

Just saying that education is important. But we are not going to stand before God one day and he say, hey how many degrees do you have? He is going to say did you love me.
