Kurt Busch
I hope Tony Stewart beats the emortal shiznit out of him.. I've about had enough of his sorry a$$.. Jimmy Spencer has already beat the s**t out of him once and I hope Smoke gives him about three times more.. The idiot runs Tony into the wall thinking he was clear.. Then what does he do? Tony is parked on pit road with a crewman working on the car and ignorant Busch comes and hits Tony's car and almost runs over the crewman.. If I was that crewman, I'd try to sue Busch's a$$ for all I could for that bonehead move.. Oh and then Busch gets on tv and blames Tony.. Too bad Bill France Jr. died today when we have a stupid waste of oxygen like Kurt Busch walking around.

Re: Kurt Busch
Call me crazy but I think Tony is the one that wrecked Kurt, and I don't remember seeing any contact made on pit road. Although that was a dumb move by Busch to be so wreckless, someone could have been hurt bad.
Fact is if Tony gets wrecked like that, he is whining for the next 3 days during TV and Radio interviews. I respect Tony alot as a driver, but he needs to practice what he preaches sometimes.

Re: Kurt Busch
After seeing the footage, Stewart was to blame for the wreck. Busch, OTOH, should and probably will be fined for his stunt on pit road.

Re: Kurt Busch
You guys are crazy.. How could it be Tony's fault?? Busch was not clear coming off the turn but yet he came up the track as if he was clear.. That was obvious.. What should Tony have backed off and given him the spot?? Well he would have if it had been someone that races him that way but Kurt doesn't.. He raced Kurt exactly the way Kurt races him and Kurt took them both out. And Kurt did hit him on pit road.

Re: Kurt Busch
Sorry Blue, I ain't got no respect for either of those clowns...Stewart is in my opinion talent wise the second best driver in Nextel, Gordan being the first, no I don't like him either, but facts are facts...Stewart and Busch would whine if the pre-race meal wasn't chicken if thats what they asked for...They both waltzed in to Nascar like they deserve some respect, yes they both have won championships, but they are big babies to say the least...The part I am hating right now is that I might be getting ready to be a Gibbs fan since it is looking probable for Dale to be racing there next year...

Re: Kurt Busch
Well I disagree about Jeff being better than Tony.. I think they are equally good stock car drivers but Smoke's versatility is unmatched.. I'm anxious to find out how Jeffy does at Tony's dirt track tomorrow night.. As far as Tony being a whiner, I will agree there to an extent.. But yesterday, the blame lies entirely on Kurt and I hope Nascar suspends him for a few races.
And I have my fingers crossed that Jr. ends up at Gibbs.. Him and Stewart are good buddies and work together well especially at the restrictor plate races.. Jr. and Hamlin are pals too. I think it would be the perfect fit.. I just wish they would bring Budweiser on board too.

Re: Kurt Busch
They are saying they don't want Budweiser, they are a "family race team" So I guess he'll be driving the Strawberry Dousch Impalla...
I really hadn't made my mind up until I saw DW say on speed channel the other night that when it is all said and done, If the guy never gets killed or anything, Jeff Gordan will go down as the greatest driver to ever grace the seat of a stock car...At first I was like, no way, but then he pointed out alot of the stats and facts, and comming from another great driver like himself, I guess I'm gonna agree with him...

Re: Kurt Busch
Well Jeffy does have the stats to back up that theory.. But most of his wins and stuff he got in the 90's and in my opinion, Evernham just had something figured out that nobody else had.. I credit Gordon's team for a lot of his domination in the 90's.. He's not been that impressive since 2000 (1 championship and not near as many wins as he had in the 90's).. I think if you put Stewart in the same situation that Gordon has been in with Hendrick, he would be sitting on the same stats as Gordon if not better stats.. It is hard to compare drivers abilities because the teams make such a difference.. Hendrick has been the best team for many years no doubt. We all know how Gordon dominated in the 90's before Stewart was even in Nascar and that's where most of Gordon's great stats came from.. What you might not know is Gordon and Stewart's stats from 2000 ? 2006 and I have looked up some stuff...
2000-2006
Gordon ? 26 wins, 1 championship
Stewart ? 26 wins, 2 championships
If you take out Gordon's 90's dominance (which came before Stewart arrived on the scene), the 2 drivers have been very close in stats)
