Strange Days

A thread on another forum got me to reminiscing. When I was in my late 20's, (the mid 1980's) I was separated from my first wife but not yet divorced. I then got engaged to my younger (just out of high school) girlfriend. Then a married but separated from her husband friend of my wife moved in with me.

So I had a wife, a fiancee, and a married live in girlfriend all at the same time. At least till the girlfriend and the fiancee came face to face. I had managed to prevent that far longer than I thought I would be able to, about 3 months, but it finally happened.

I had nearly forgotten about this until reminded of it earlier tonight.

Those were the days........

Anybody else have any "confessions" they'd like to make?

Wow, that is crazy. The best I can do for you is when I was seeing 4 diffrent girls from 4 diffrent schools in high school. That is the best I can do, the rest of my life was boring.

I actually had the same girlfriend all through high school.

I think maybe it was more like 2 months instead of 3 before the girlfriend and fiancee ran into each other, it's been a long time. I was in town with the girlfriend and got busted by my fiancee. The girlfriend was more upset than the fiancee, in fact I remained engaged to the fiancee for some time after, although we never married.

The running joke with me with teammates in HS was that I had a girl at every school except RC. It didn't seem to matter who we played, I was always introducing them to some gal. There was nothing like trying to juggle a couple that attended the same school, but you didn't. It was just wait until they run into each other.

i hated dating girls from the same school as me...it was too awkward when i didn't wanna talk to em when we broke up

bout the craziest thing i've done is have a girlfriend, fool around with one girl in the afternoon, take her home...go fishin with another, fool around then take her home, then take my gf out to dinner

But did you catch anything?

That sounds like my life about a year ago...no further details..lol

well now there's a double entendre if I ever saw one...

haha i guess the answer to both would be no...but i'm pretty sure i didn't really set out to actually catch any fish so it was ok

I was wondering if you would catch that, or anyone else for that matter.

About the farthest I ever got down that line was having a girl at college while I had a girlfriend back home.
