Ouch! Those sting! I've learned my lesson about presuming that anybody is guilty before all the facts come out, but I have to believe that there is a lot more to this that the public hasn't been made aware of. When the feds get involved, it seems like really bad news. Mike is going to lose a LOT of money on this one.

Bro--federal felony charges don't get probation. That's just how it goes. Unless you sell someone else up the river ahead of you, you're goin to jail if you're found guilty.
With his fame I think he'll be put in some Club Fed, unfortunately.
He will also have local charges to answer to soon, if not already.
The local DA says they are not pressing charges.
