Funny thing is, no body is even mentioning Bama in the National Title conversation. Can't say I blame 'em though.

so if Bama was to lose before the SEC championship game then beat Fla in the Championship game we would get NO SEC team in the National Title game

and alabama, if they beat AU then lose to UF, probably wont get a BCS game, which is crap
I think they would still get a BCS game just not the NC game of course.
It is a possibility BAMA could get left out. Oregon State throws the wrinkle in it since they'll likely get the Rose Bowl and USC will take up 1 at large birth. Utah will get an at-large birth as will Texas or Oklahoma depending on which one gets left out of the Big XII game. That is 3 at-large bids right there.
How many at large births are there?
