Talking to mom yesterday evening she knows someone that works in the deed transfer office at the courthouse and they did a property deed for them last week on a piece of land next to sonic.
Now don't take this for the gospel I am just relaying what I have been told by what I consider a pretty reliable source.
I'm not really a big fan of their food.
But I dislike Sonic even more.
Still hope it does happen though.

You crackin on Macdonalds? They don't lie man, they really do server "100% All Beef Patties" or whatever they call them...
But that is only because the company they get their meat from is named that.......
I can look up those transfers but it normally takes 1-2 weeks before they show up online so I will be able to confirm that for you when it becomes available, it wasn't up today, but I am sure it will be in the next week or so.
Thats what I was saying. Pal's states theirs as all beef too, so that was the correlation.
All I can say is, "Move over Nut's, your hotdogs will be 3rd best in the county when Pal's moves in. Snack Shack had you beat from the start.
Nutz is good.... but they definitely don't have the best over-all burgers, hot dogs, or whatever else they won.
How many vote on that stuff any way? Probably a total of 30 votes for each thing, maybe?
Been to Nut's twice, had the hotdog first and a cheeseburger the second time. Neithr one was that good. The chilli was like boiled hamburger with food coloring in it and I could get a better burger at Dairy Queen.
I am glad the news is finally out about Pal's, it was in today's Coalfield. It is going in between Sonic and Advance.
