Local store marked them down to $13.98 (1:10) and $3.98 (1:18). They also had an additional 50% off clearance merchandise promotion. I almost picked up the 1:10 Comanche, but figure I'll be able to find it for less later on. [img]biggrin.gif[/img] (I spent $20 on the Fire Bike...DAMN! [img]mad.gif[/img] shoulda waited).

i have no interest in them, but i'd get them for DIRT cheap, then...take an extra 40% off on top of that... ;]
OK...I lied. I was buying the shirt ($6) so I figured "What the hell?" and picked up the Comanche bike in both scales (even though I guarantee the 1:18 stuff will show up in dollar stores).

I've never been a big fan of OCC bike. They're to much "gadget" for my taste. I did listen to the tv show, sr and Jr are funny as hell when they get into an argument [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
I'm not a big bike fan in general (I've wrecked the only two motorized 2-wheeled vehicles I've ridden [img]redface.gif[/img] ) but I love the show and a lot of the Theme Bikes (I doubt I'll pick up any of the regular/non-theme choppers).
I can't say I'm a "conaisseur" in bike (I know sh!t bout bike...) but I always like the look of "regular" choppers to the something that as a theme.
I don't remember who posted the west coast chopper 1:5 model this week, but they're great!

If I ever owned a bike, I think it would be some kind of chopper.
One day I'll probably pass the test to ride motorcycle. and I'd like to have something "chopper like" or at least Harley like.
But not now, I don't have a perfect driving record so insurance is gonna eat me alive and up here summer doesn't last long, so bike are not out a whole lot of time.
