it appears that a member of the WCSB was arrested yesterday for assaulting a senior ctiizen back in Feb., you can find it at courtbar.org. That's what he was actually tied up with yesterday when he was a no-show to the meeting, not on his way to Richmond apparently. Comes after an incident the other week when another member told a very well respected lady to "take it outside" during a debate the two were having.

I was told it would be in the BSG Post tomorrow and of course the Coalfield Friday. Class 1 misdemeanor.
That is what it is listed as in the case file. I certainly would have liked to have been at that meeting when it happened.
His court date is next week also, I wonder if he'll show Monday? If he's convicted, I don't know how he could show face again, I'd resign. But hell, there's a convicted felon charged with kidnapping that speaks at every meeting.
From what I heard it will be thrown out. This is a political stunt by a certain person to bring this up just before the elections.
Off subject, anyone know the person who faked having cancer just so his girlfriend wouldn't break up with him? I heard this today.
Wouldn't it make sense to do it in October then? *rolleyes* Actually I was told he went to the VA and they found nerve damage when he was hit, that's when he decided to file. This wasn't a secret, to my understanding it was witnessed by several at the meeting.
not taking sides here at all so no one start saying I'm on this side or that side. Just because something is filed doesn't make it the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth. I think some kids that use to go to Duke would say to wait to see what comes out before anyone jumps to a guilty decision.
I think everyone knows that, he has not been convicted of one thing. I was not at the meeting, didn't witness anything and haven't talked to someone that has either. But I'll say that this wasn't just pulled out of thin air last week, many knew about the incident when it happened.
