I must say, I'm pleased I hooked up with Exiles from the beginning, at least it's the closest we have Excalibur in many ways. I just hope they continue doing the series for a long time over...
By the way, I must ask. I know what a spike is, but what is a spyke? (If there's something, will say.)

obviously, i agree that Exiles is tres cool.
yes, Foxdie, Nightie does make a few appearances, though he is not a main member of the cast, so he does not show up too often, and certainly not every issue or anything... and for all i know he may not show up agian for many issues. right now it's the Hulk and Alpha Flight (with Wolverine) that they are encountering... but next story arc, that will all be different.
see, what it is basically, is Quantum Leap with the X-Men, except instead of traveling thru time (though i suppsoe they do that as well, they just did the Dark Phoenix thing recently) they travel to alternate realities to patch up problems, so they really never know who they will encounter. so even if they do encounter Nightie again, he may be evil or something like that, then agian he may be the same Nighcrawler we all know and love... you just never know.

Ay, ay, ay, my dear friend! According to my well accredited dictionary, what I'm told, and everything I have learned of english while living all these years over here (though it is my second language, so somebody correct me if I'm wrong), there apparently is no meaning to "spyke". Don't worry about it, just take it as a name ... or a misspelling of "spike"

Did anyone notice that in the last two issues of Exhiles Nocturne(the character, not our resident animator) most definatively has a tail like her father's???
At first I thought it could just be a mistake by the new penciler, but it was consistantly in two issues.
And speaking of consistency(or lack there of), what do you guys think of the whole Sabretooth thing? In issue 5 it was clearly stated that he was part of that reality's WeaponX program, then at the end of 6 he's appearantly from the same AOA as Blink and is also part of a group of Exhiles... (???)
I really like this series alot, so it bugs me when they do stuff like that.

ah, maybe THAT's what happened to Nightcrawler's tail in Rogue#4.... it dissapears on him there... maybe some bizarre accident transplantd it from his butt to hers when she was teleporting between one reality and another.... or not.
and i did men her butt... they did the tail growing out of the ass thing... *sigh* you'd think these artists would have the vague notion of anatomy necessary to draw it as an extension of the spine.

Yeah, I know. I hate that. In one pannel it looked like the tail was coming out of the right cheek of her butt. It wasn't even symmetric.
