Resolutions

With new years in about a month, i was wondering:

Does anyone still make resolutions and keep them? And if you do, are going to, share?

i try not to get all hyped up for the incoming year...
so i definitely don't 'make' resolutions necessary for the occasion.
call me cynical (you know what i like to hear).

General Philosophy

I still make resolutions.
This past year, I've pretty much succeeded, but not completely, in my resolution.
And that was to leave everyone I met, with a positive image of me. And to be open minded, and try to accept different things taht I might not have before. I've succeeded except a few people saw my bad side http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/wink.gif

I've turned melodramatic. It's completely annoying the shit out of both myself and the people who come into contact with me. So I guess I'll try hard to 'mellow' myself. i can't explain it.
(well, at least not without going into academic terms)

i think it has something to do with a poetic aspect...more of like free-form prose.

I must agree with SHATOUSKA.

I believe the hardest thing I have observed young women overcome is just taking a moment to step out of their own body and look around.

Well, my resolution is to start the New Year FAST AND FURIOUS, I have my first editing client booked for 11:00 am, and I'll be cleaning up for a bit before that.
