If the weather forecast is for rain before you go, don't wear jeans or other heavy fabric clothes... they take absolutley aaages to dry, especially if you're staying in a tent.
Take some bog roll with you, everyone nicks it out of the porta-loos to throw.
Also, if there's a big group of people looking in your direction when you go into a porta-loo.... I wouldn't go in, supposedly, they push them over while your inside.
I was pushed over in a portaloo once. It's excellent!
take bog roll, you'll figure out when the toilets are cleaned each day, just be there on the dot.
munch? dont take that much, or none, coz youll only end up fucking it off and buy a full english breakfast bun for ?3:50. and people will let you borrow camp stoves if you dont take one, unless they are mean.
take cash with you, or else you will be waiting for 3 hours in the bank queue (only one cash point, lol) and there are loads of stalls to tempt you, with cheap ass clothes.
clothes? your own personal choice, just dont take too many. if you think you are gonna keep fresh with fresh clothes, how the fuck are you gonna keep your nads fresh? wash them under the taps? a flannel, if you are that way inclined, but most people are gonna be in the same boat. the skutter boat.
Beer: take asmuch as you can carry, it costs a bomb at the site, or take fuck all and go on the sainsburys trip, it is a 1 hour round trip approx from the campsite. Oh the bogs are closed for the festival weekend.....wound.
Drugs: If you are that way inclined, the more the merrier. if you are going the day before and the day after remember it is 5 days, so take what you think will last you x2 (same applies with the beer). you will become a tad immune after a while thou (does not applie to the beer).
Thats what i reckon.
So are there police sniffer dogs along the que to get in or at the train stations....?

im gonna take bog roll, 2 changes of clothes, 5days of underware (obviously [img]tongue.gif[/img] ), erm, a tent(hopefully),um,spoggy (how else am i gonna keep my breath minty fresh?!), errrrrrrr......,disposable camera....
im not sure wheather to take my phone...hmmmmmmm, ideas?
I've decided not to take my phone, this is the stuff I am taking;

No spare clothes, eveyrone will smell anyway.. errrr not taking my phone or the kitchen sink.
Some cut off shorts for both kinds of weather, a t-shirt, a jumper, one pair of trolleys and my shoes. I'll decide on socks later.
Oh, I'm not taking much cash so I'm getting tins of english breakfasts / beans / spaghetti shapes etc. to take with me, only take the ones with ring-pulls though.... you're bound to forget a tin opener.
