Well, it's finally happened.
Basically, after our first practise in about 2months, some of us realised we have no interest in playing our songs anymore. After telling Thom that I wanted to leave we just decided to call it quits.
Although, we should be doing one final show together if anyone is interested, plans for the CD release are obviously being scrapped. Blame Massey, he's a fucking jinx. That's at least 3 bands he's recorded now who've split. Dead funny.
In the slightly more distant future -fingers crossed- there should be a new band emerging from myself and Thom. Expect to hear something very different however...

the reason for this massey/band split phenomana is the amount of work that ppl are prepared to put in. when u start recording, it takes alot of work and time, and can show a side of ppl, or an attitude that is less than favourable. ppl can realise that they cant really be arsed to put in the work, or theyd rather be on holiday when the drums are being recorded without telling anyone (no names) and it causes tension. not masseys fault. ufk made it throuh cuz i hated em all already HAHAHA just a joke of course.

It is a shame..as I have said before..Ex members were one of the few gy bands to put on a really good show...

The whole style you were doing,by my judgement was supposed to be a raw sounding one anyway wasnt it?I know you hate the comparison...but allow me to use it this once...the Hives sound raw on record too...its better to see bands actually enjoying the music they are playing.

Lol - We made a CD which proved we were really more than just a live band. Shame no fucker will probably here it now! It also proves we don't sound like The Hives!

I think the original idea was to combine onstage intensity with musical intricacy but something got lost in translation - maybe we should just blame it on bad PA's or something

Well personally i thought you guys were wonderful and didn't sound at all like the Hives.
