I ordered a Dragon sword cane from BudK and it showed up yesterday with the headstock shattered in pieces.

It must be a major disapointment to finally have your package at home then seeing it was broke by UPS. I'm lucky it never happened to me. Never made business with UPS either though.

Truth of the matter is...I don't believe it was packed very well by Budk. All the packing material (brown paper) was on top. There was nothing underneath the product at all.
Although it wasn't expensive (only $20) it is a pretty cool cane with a dragon head on it. Apparently the dragon part is only resin. The rest is metal. A sword unscrews out of it. I'd show a pic but their server seems to be down.
...oh, so its OK to just slander UPS when you already knew that it was probably the shipper's fault. Hmph. Well, I suppose we have all learned a little something about you today. See if we ever take your word for anything ever again.
