My best guess, because it is the most recent attempt, would be that of grand600 (a member of this board). He is affiliated with KLR out of Knoxville, TN.
He was at the NOPI show displaying his set-up in a '99 Civic Si.

I beleive it was GRAND600!!!!!
i needed a quote for modifiing 2 JRSC intake manifolds ( GSR and B16)since i already have 2 SPEARCO air to liquid intercoolers!!
Its already been one week and still no quote, i called yesterday and the person told me that they would call me back in the after-noon!!!
I really think they dont want to sell these things!!!!!!!
If by next week i don't have a quote , I'll go see a welding shop and have my intake manifolds modified myself!!!!!!!! [img]wink.gif[/img]
