I can think of all kinds of reasons why one wouldn't want to meet someone in real life but most of them involve being a phony and I don't think you are..sooooooo...??????!
I'm not jumping your case necessarily... I'm just a straight-forward person... I hate beating round the bush and I did think that whatever the prob was.. it was poor form to not even call to say you'd be unavailable.
