my brother and i actually get into fist fights over music.. we're both from a little hick town in BC and we're two of the first and most hardcore punks this town has ever seen, yet we fight over the music...?!...
my suggestion? get rid of the christian crap n beat the snot out of him *L
We're pretty evenly matched in a fight.
*BOL.. damn there goes that idea..

do you have a BB gun?
ill lend you my pentagram if you need
it would be interesting to take a gander at the
TYPE of xtian music he listens to... then find
a satisfactory, alternate substitute (other than
xtian) and give him a listen.
(non-christian equivalent)
i'm not sure if what you're saying is:
A) he listens to it souly because its christian
B) he likes the music/theme (er... encouragement
etc... not necessarily god-related)
i certainly don't have an issue with xtian
music.... hmmmmmm..... am i being contradictory again???
I am in agreement with shatzy here...i think...
i don't see the big deal that he is listening to christian rock. believe it or not, there are a few good christian groups out there. I will be the first to say that I don't enjoy Christian music. however, I will not bash anyone for listening to it, just as much as I would not bash anyone for listening to any type of heavy metal music or polka (which i'm assuming zela prefers)
i listen to music that sounds good, if i like the beat, the melody, the guitar riffs, or whatever the heck type of musical piece you want to talk about. i'll listen to it. for example, there's a christian song out right now on the Pop charts...it's called "I can only imagine" by MercyMe. i like the song, apparently so does a majority of america as it is played on the radio stations and I believe has broken into the top 15 of the pop charts.
this has nothing to do with the fact that it is a Christian group i'm sure as not many people would admit to liking "religious music".
*steps down from soapbox
