What a historical weekend combining two separate board activities. I'm exhausted!
Went to Chicago to hook up with Jor & Drau for a Midwest "mini" gathering, (yes, so many puns available there that you wouldn't know where to begin). I also met my "Alphadrome" robot board buddies for the first time for Botstock 3. Both boards kinda came together at the Chicago antique toy show. It was a real turn on to see both boards fight over me. [img]wink.gif[/img]

my weekend was pretty good, espeially on the toy front....
although band practice was fantastic last night.
Kate picked up a bunch of antique knives and farm implements at that flea market.

she bought a sickle last time...
I did manage to pick up a 70's era Piston Robot from a dealer who was also an Alphadromer. It's pretty cool. I'll get pics tonight. Jor may have given me something but I'll find out later from the doctor. [img]wink.gif[/img]
start the penicillin, just in case.
BTW-I sold all of my Andybots that I brought. They're begging for more. Shit!
One guy just dropped $3000 on a vintage toy. He bought Erotobot 3 on sight. Then he wondered how he was gonna get it past his wife......after spending $3000? [img]eek.gif[/img] [img]confused.gif[/img]
