...are staring at me through their binoculars. Should I be worried?
I'm on the eigth floor and they're on the ninth right across the street. They're thirtysomethings, as far as I can tell, and there are three of them. They are passing those things back and forth between each other. This is very odd.
What a week to have my curtains in for cleaning. Seriously. I have no curtains.

Find your camera, point it at them, and stand there in the window. Should make for a good reaction...
Or just go whole hog and shoot a paint gun at them...
Well, Jadian, you are a young female who is, if I may say, "hot". Which is not meant to excuse their behavior, of course.
They're probably waiting for you to walk by in your undergarments or, preferably, naked. So...
1. Ignore them.
2. Hang a sheet or blanket over the window.
3. Buy a spare set of cheap curtains.
4. Give them a little thrill by walking by in undergarments or wrapped in a towel.
5. Give them a bigger thrill by walking by naked.
6. Get Ein, turn down the lights, and put on a "show". *winkwink*
They seem to bother you a good bit, so I'd recommend 2 or 3.
jadian, on a serious note, if they are bugging you, go down to a Target, Walmart etc and buy a cheap shower curtain and hang that up. You can get them for a few bucks.

I agree with GeekGirl, except replace camera with gun. See what kind of reaction that gets.
Well, I guess they're still at it. Ein got up this morning, and it's hot here, so he's wandering around naked, and I guess he wandered into the living room, and I guess those guys were out there again, 'cause all I heard was "What the FUCK?!" and then a lot of profanity.
I guess he stood there, nude, and told them off for all the street to hear.
