have you ever heard of the Ex-Idols? they were a punk pop from los angeles. released a cd called social kill and an ep called pill popper. I think, i stress think, you might enjoy them. their sound is a little like shotgun messiah's on second coming with maybe a little more punk thrown in. i guess it would be more like shotgun messiah's i want more ep.
Sounds a little like these X-idolls then!!
I know they've spent time in LA, and are good friends with Taime, but the singer has a Scottish accent when speaking. They sound a bit Wildhearts-ish, only better!
these ex-idols were from back in the early to mid 90's. i think they are no more now.
Any idea who the band members were?
Hi! We're not the same band as "the ex-idols". We (The X-idolls) were only born about a month before we did the Faster Pussycat/Bang Tango tour, and just happen to have a very similar name!
If you wanna check us out at The Underworld in Camden (7:45) it's not too late to send us your name(s)to [email protected] to go on the half price ?5 guest list. I'll check it right until 6pm Tue 26th August. Take Care Dudes!
