OK, so you guys know I've been on another board for a while now.
It's going to be shut down for the next couple of days, so I invited the members to come here and post for a bit.
They're all really nice people.

I know you guys will be able to deal with the influx (if it happens). After all, I remember that one time hostboard was down and we all went and invaded another board. See, so this is the same sort of thing.

Uh, the thought just occured to me... a slight warning might be in order.
This site used to be the sister board for a site dedicated to the comic book, Strangers in Paradise. For those of you not familiar with the book, it's about the relationship between two women, and a guy. One of the women is gay, the other is waffling, and the guy is (as far as we know) straight.
The readership of this comic book is therefore, shall we say, beautifully diverse. As is the membership on this board.
I know all the EAers are polite and upstanding people, I just wanted to give you fair warning in case you ran into one of more politically heavy threads. (Which you are, of course, welcome to post on).
