I'm just putzing around unit I go to bed in like... 5 minutes!
There's a cafe called "The Pomegranate" that just opened up across from the university I used to attend. They made pomegranate sauce that was pretty tasty. The tale of Persephone is one of my favorite Greek myths.
*wishes he could sleep for three days straight*
I use my bed and the internet alternatively to avoid doing work sometimes. Whevever I had to so an essay in university, I always started sleeping 12 hours a day.
*raises hand*
although i think i used my bed this weekend a lot more than my internet for avoiding the pile of homework i'm behind in. wheee. i have no classes fridays and i still managed to do nothing but sleep for three days in a row.
I think I only slept in college...
Of course, now I'm paying for it...
I always use this place to avoid obligations.
Erm...I've only kinda sorta half been going to school this semester. I went to one class last week. This is just one of many, many ways I've learned to procrastinate. Fortunately I've gone to a doctor and a counsellor and stuff and am getting much better about the actually attending class bit, but I've got two weeks left until final exams to do a semester's worth of reading and studying in five subjects. And even if I do well on the exams, I still may not pass French because even though the prof's been very nice, she's still unwilling to let me make up past work. I think technically with a doctor's note I can get a withdrawal or an incomplete if I go to the university, but that's no fun at all.
Ranting is another good way to procrastinate.
Funny how it all works out, sleeping when there's obligations. I haven't been able to sleep well since I graduated, so maybe the cure for insomnia is to have classes that assigns essays and test... wonder why the doctors didn't study up on this? oh that's right, they're busy sleeping.
