I think the Asian AGoT are so pretty.
It's so hard to decide which doll to get next! LOL! Who was it, who had the Asian Doll of Today? Was it Jane?
Wouldn't it be cool to have a historial Asian doll? I think I'd get her

I agree, the Asian AGoT is very pretty and she is definitely on my wish list! It would be neat if they made a historical Asian doll but if not I'll get the AGoT doll. When I get her eventually, I will probably order some clothes for her from
http://www.chinasprout.com/html/shoptoys.html Click on "Doll Accessories" & it will take you to the clothes--there are several outfits for AG dolls.
Has anyone bought clothes from this company? I really like the Dragonfly Mandarin dress.
I think quite a few people here have the Asian AGoT if I'm not mistaken. I like her the best and if I were ever to get an AGoT it would be her.
Yes, the asian agot is pretty. She is a character in my books, the Kate series. Her name is Amy-Lee unless I edit it and change it.
I have the Asian AGT and I DID turn her in to a historical/character doll... it was SO much fun! She is an absolutely gorgeous doll too- looks so pretty in practically everything. My historical/story character Asian AGT:

I got her at the MCM Sale last July and would definitely reccommend her!
I have the Asian AGoT and named her Winnie after Winnie Cooper of the Wonder Years. Very beautiful doll. Not very Asian, but very beautiful nonetheless...

Thanks for posting the link to the Asian doll clothes! I have the Asian AGOT, I got her at the MCM sale a couple of years ago. I am looking for a Korean dress for her. My husband is Korean and I am trying to teach my girls about Korea. I think she is a beautiful doll, definitely my favorite!

How nice! My Mom is Korean, too!
There is a seller on Ebay who sometimes offers a hanbok for 18?? dolls. She lives in Hongkong, though, so shipping might be quite high.
Do you sew? If so check out the book "International Doll Wardrobe" by Joan Hinds.
You can have a look at the finished hanbok here:

Lots of "Korean" love from Germany!
Sandra
P.S. the first: the doll is Gotz Precious Day Kimberly. But she?s much nicer in real life! Mine is called Charlotte and her face is not all pudgy the way she looks on the pics!
P.S. the second: the hanbok on Ebay costs $ 18.50 I think (without shipping).
I have the asian AGOT as well and may be in the minority but I am not sure I like her. She is pretty but I can not figure out which culture she belongs to... she doesn't quite look Korean or Chinese or Japanese or Filipino (or any other asian culture I left out). I guess that is by design but I am having trouble with that. MY S-I-L is Filipino and lived in Japan and we looked at her carefully and were still at a loss.
I had her out yesterday and briefly had the idea of selling her but I am not sure.
