sends me an email that says I never paid!!! rotten bitch! not enough its been since March that she's not sent my item. then she had a virus on the pc, then she wouldnt answer, I reported her to ebay and now she says I didnt pay!!!! I only wish I could get my hands around her throat!

If you have all the e-mails, did she ever say that you did pay and she would be sending it out?
If you do - send a copy of that to her as proof she is a moron.
once I figured it was a losing battle and her emails wouldnt go through, I just deleted all the crap. I do have the copy of the reciept for the money order though. also told her that she acknowledged it and said my item would be sent and never sent it. Sent her a picture of the reciept. Told her that if she finishes the deal, I'll let ebay know she finally came through and will drop the issue. I'm guessing as always I wont get a reply to these emails. She always makes her excuse and then waits months before recontacting with another excuse.
Can you proved the money order was cashed? The receipt just proves that you sent one. It doesn't prove she got it. I'm not trying to be a dick here but your case is very one sided. Of course, it doesn't help when she doesn't answer the emails but she could be thinking the same ill thoughts towards you.
i would think you can track a money order but i don't know, that's how my ex pays me and i am sure there is a reason for it
well I cant get into her bank account or anything. hell, take a look at her last group of feedbacks all from around the same time as my problem. here's her email which I think is her ebay name also. [email protected]
she had already once appologized after a month or so saying the item would go right out that she was behind because her computer had a virus. well I waited, emailed,.....nothing. Looked at her feedback and others were having the same problem. then after a few more emails, they started coming back as undeliverable. I contacted ebay and they said they would check into it and wouldnt you know, all of a sudden I get an email from her.
Of course now she's saying I didnt pay, but I did. Can I prove she put the money in the bank? I doubt it. Still have the receipt and if I wouldnt have paid since March, dont you think I'd have heard about it and gotten "no payer" feedback by now?
