MAN-THING MOVIE on Sci-Fi!!!!!!!

Plot Outline: Agents of an oil tycoon vanish while exploring a swamp marked for drilling. The local sheriff investigates and faces a Seminole legend come to life: Man-Thing, a shambling swamp-monster whose touch burns those who feel fear.

I think I read the theatrical release got canned - but this is one I will watch, and hopfully they will release on DVD in 5.1

I'd like to see a Rankin-Bass 'Animagic' style flick with Man Thing, Swamp Thing and an original (AirBoy era) Heap..........
