11 dollars to ship it? WTH!?!

Remember, it is shipping and handling (box, peanuts - yes, they come in peanuts, labor). Not to mention, have you seen this in person yet? The clamshell is huge and the thing has got some decent heft to it.

It cost me $6.85 to re-ship one to someone (in the US) and I wasn't charging for the box, labor, etc. That was just the postage.

Yeah it better be big and heavy for 11 bucks shipping. Considering it only cost me 5 for the SDCC EvilRyu/PsychoBison 2-pack.

Snape, the shipping charges are high no matter what you buy. It would cost me a minimum of $14 for a figure, a t-shirt or a bag of stands. The shipping cost goes up if, like you say, the figure or item is unusually large and/or heavy.

Plus we ship Fedex which comes with built in insurance - so add the $1.30 or whatever the USPS would have charged you SNAPE and your pretty close to our shipping price.

this thing weighs a ton. Plus with the ultra-thin clamshells we have to use a bigger box and more peanuts
