A Where Ya Been Eatin Thread

Simple question. Just simply name the last 5 restaurants you've eaten at.
Dont mention one five times if you frequent it the most, but the last five different places you've dined.

In fact let's qualify it.

Last five "sit down" restaurants you've eaten at.
(places where there is table service)

Last 4 non sit down places
(no table service, or you frequented the drive through)

If you had some amazing meal or something that stuck out to you about a place feel free to menton it.

Haven't been to Olive Garden in ages, might go this weekend.

Max and Ermas
Behle Street Cafe
Smokey Bones
Trio/ Embers (have eaten at both relatively recently and they are owned by the same people)
Willies in Kenwood (watching Bears vs Lions game had a chicken sammi at the bar, not too many places show all the games but they do)

Drive through
Skyline
Burger King
McDonalds
Frisch's (tough call since they also have table service inside they fall in betwen)

I'm not counting the places I tried at Oktoberfest since that would be the standing up balancing a [img]graemlins/beer.gif[/img] at the same time category. LOL!

I should mention that I eat at home A LOT!

Much more than I used to.

I don't eat fast food.

I eat fast food and I eat food fast. I find it very difficult eating dinner with anyone else anymore. I'm finished and ready to go and whoever I'm eating with is still sitting there with 3/4 of their food uneaten. 10 minutes is about all I need even for a large meal.

I usually get salads when I go for fast food, although I do still get the burgers sometimes.

Havent done the fried chicken for a while (I like their honey BBQ sammi's!)


Since I too dine alone a lot I tend to eat at the bar at many places. Since most bars are smoking (I'm a non smoker) it does sometimes get me to finish and go a little quicker if it's really smokey. But, since I sit in an area where smoking is allowed, I do deal with it and understand that the other people sitting there may very well be smoking.

I've been to a great Mexican place here twice in the last week.

As far as fast food goes, I've taken the kids through the drive thru a couple of times at BK and McD's but I haven't gotten food for myself. I have had a hankerin' for KFC, though.
