Hey Katz,I got the Cd when it came out and honest to god I play it all the time when I need to just chill or need some calm,I have a shed load of other"laid back" Cds but this one just does it for me,I think its the honesty and the real feel of the tunes that make it in my mind an essential cd,I would have to say its in my top 10 "desert Island discs".
I know a few others that have bought it expecting to hear something along the lines of SassyScarlet/Robin Black and after the initial freak out that it aint "Glam" have gone on to love it.I`m real pleased your into it too, have you turned anyone else on to it?did they like it? I`m just curious as a couple of my,shall we say...friends with "top40"taste have heard me play it(on long drives) and actually gone out and bought copies themselves, which makes me wonder how well the disc would have done with a big record company release, the market for it does seem to be older peeps but im sure it would have done well. <font size="4" face="Arial">I need to get their stuff. They were a great band from what I have heard out of them. And to call it a "tragedy" is one of the biggest understatements ever. I still think about that and it tears me up. Quote:

Ok am listening to the following
Motor City Rockers - Rollin & Tumblin
Johnny Vance - Its 2.30pm where you are
Queer for Girls - Android sex & Cartoon Drugs
Carl! Terry was the only survivor of on that terrible day if I am correct, Adam Matt and Jeremy were the ones lost.
I really don't know what is going on with the Hearts at the minute there was rumours of a new single and merch from Terry but that kinda fizzled out, I think it should may be left and remembered as they were, which was imo some of the most talented punk n rollers I'v ever heard, as for callin' it a tragedy, i really don't think you can describe it in words that was a near as I got...
You can get their CD still through Dirtnap records, and the live radio set is available as a download only it wasn't an official release, also you can get hold of 4/5 unreleased trax with a couple of AWESOME covers which are downloads again, pm me if you need me too help you out with anything, i don't see burnin' a CD or whatever as disrespectful I see it as keepin' what they had alive and it SO deserves it!!!
