Anyhoo, my body is pretty racked from the long weekend. I played paddleball with my brothers for the first time in 12 years. I am so sore! Damn I'm getting old!

morning everyone, i am home today... i woke up to go to work and had bags the size of sand bags under my eyes, i spent half the day in the car yesterday and the other half having serious house issues. i just couldn't bring myself to go to work today... and my kids were totally exhausted, with all that being said i'll have a dozen donuts please [img]wink.gif[/img]
I hate Mondays.
I hate having 4 day weekends and then having to come back to work
I hate birthdays that fall on the end of the month.
I need an I/V of pure caffiene and nicotene, though I'd be surprised if it helps
I'm having a bad bad day, and want to rip someone's intestines out and shove them back down their throat. Doesn't help I delt with complete idiots all last week (I swear how hard is it to do your sales tax for your business? Sheesh)
I think I'm gonna go get another cup of coffee.
Least I get a bonus this month (Yay, perfect timing too, I haven't started Christmas shopping yet) Only bad part is that bonus is basically my raise for this year (Our Governor has a few screws loose) Ah well. Can't wait till Christmas is over and it's a new year. Plan on alot to change for the better next year.

yep i feel your pain AoD... i am not doing any shopping until the bonus comes in either, and i just couldn't go to work today... i have too many things i need to get done before the weekend. oh HAPPY BELATED B-DAY AoD, sorry i wasn't around saturday or i would have made it known [img]wink.gif[/img]

No biggie, was just another day. Just one more year behind me, and one less year to live.
Yeah, birthdays have become less and less important to me too. I mean you're basically celebrating not doing something stupid and accidently killing yourself for a whole year.

Mine have become an, ehhh... "What? what's the present for" kinda deal. It's more along the lines of if I get a present, it's a surprise and a slight shock now a days.

Bwaha.. I don't expect anything for Christmas anymore with how many is being bought for now.. It isn't a holiday for me anymore anyhow. It's for the little ones running around in our family. I figure it's the time now for them, Christmas has always been a holiday more for children then anyone else.
well i totally agree that's it's for the kids but, you have someone in your life that should be doing for you now IMO [img]wink.gif[/img]
Not without money to do something with. Kinda hard in those regards to do anything for anyone else. Kinda hard right now just to do for myself at times. I've already started a plan for next year. I have a few months where I will no longer have truck payments before my income tax for 2006, so I've decided to save the truck payments up, save my income tax, then buy a cheap, old, used car and fix it up. Old as in a 67 Chevy Chevelle or 69 Dodge Charger or something along those lines.. Something I can use as another hobby that I can put my hands on and tinker with, and in case my Truck ever needs to go into the shop I'd have something else that I could drive.
