I won't say anything just yet, check it out...
WHO NEEDS DRUMS ANYWAYS?!
P.S. Watch it on a small setting (you may need to squint!)

a video of a guy practicing rudiments in the dark... your point being?

Dazzler, it's not really supposed to be in the dark otherwise the point of the video is totally lost... maybe I need to upload a higher quality video, or you need to adjust your monitor/sense of humor. I'm looking into it... thanks.
It's a practice clip of myself, no pads, no drums and working on my trad grip + a stick trick I came up with (end of vid). Anyone else have problems viewing the clip?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">The lighting's certainly not great, but it's perfectly viewable - and you can tweak it with the "video settings" enhancement in WMP anyways.Quote:

thanks moose, i saved the video in low quality though to keep the size down, not sure if tweaking it would be worth it at this stage.

lol - supervision? Nah, I think last time I had that was grade 4 or something. BTW - how is Montreal I think I'm gonna check it out in 3 days from now (I'm in Toronto for a while). Anything I should NOT miss?
Looks like the link has gone out of order. Any way of getting it to function again, would love to take a peak at this vid!
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ok, Ill lay off the sarcasm. Montreal is great so far. I have only been here since August, but I am really enjoying it.Quote:

Theres an endless selection of bars and clubs you can visit. Also, the majority of restaurants are amazing. I think this is were the French culture comes through a little - they really value high quality food!
Other than that you should take a look at the old part of town as well as the docks area. From there youll have a great view of the buildings. Hope that helps a little.
