it needs like, a thick black outline/background behind it, that looks almost tattered, or inky, would really make the piece look evil [img]wink.gif[/img]
It's going on a friend of mine, right forearm. we've changed it quite a bit concidering he has a jester head near his wrist. Going to tie them both in together.
Got the outline done yesterday going to do the color this weekend. Now along with the flames on the pic we have larger flames runnin up around the jester all the way up tying in with this pic. Also put flames just above the jester and tying the skull to the jester.
I'll get pics here as soon as I can.

finished most of the skull and cloak yesterday, just have the flames to do yet. think I will put it into the contest. Gunna finish it this weekend I think, depends if he can take the pain!!
