Yep Roger! I just sliced them and fried them
in butter just like regular potatoes...and after
they were fried, I sprinkled brown sugar over them...
I sprinkled it pretty heavy but not quite as much
as candied sweet potatoes...omg...they are so good
and just a different taste!
in mine i just slice them in halves.....put them in the oven until they are soft...then i spoon out the middle...butter them inside...put bacon bits/bacon and shredded cheese in them and stick them back in the oven until the cheese is melted
