I also heard a rumour the Spike & Tyla's Hot knives remix/re jig cd & As It Was How It is cd's are gonna be available - don't how true this is

Obviously I didn't make it.

I'm reliably informed that The Dogs hit the stage just before 11pm with Tyla playin.... Bass!?!!?! Dunno who else is in the band, but they are Shit Hot!
I'm sure Mr Rose and Glamster7 will update us all upon their return.

Certainly will sir. Yep its true Tyla was on bass, Yella on backing vox, Mark Stanway from Magnum on keys, didn't recognise the guitarists or the drummer. Crackin set of mostly oldies with a couple of new ones thrown in.

All I remember about the 1st band was there was 3 of em - the female singer was wearing a gold lame dress & had long legs. Wasn't too keen on them but the other band sweet seduction were pretty good - sleazy Rock n Roll

Yeah was a great night!!

The rest of the band were :

Rich Jones (Guitar - Amen/Black Halo's)

Simon Hanson (Drums - Squeeze)

Tom Spencer (Guitar - Yo Yo's)

First band were utter wank! female vocalist couldn't sing , drummer was too slow and the bass player spent most of the gig sitting on his arse - Bollocks!!

Sweet Seduction , I thought were great , especially as their rythm guitarist was ill and couldn't play the gig , very promising stuff

The Dogs were awesome, from the moment they kicked off , right the way through to Satellite Kid at the end , Tyla is looking healthier than ever and I have to say I had an absolutely fantastic night, Coventry is a right bastard to get home from though , especially when you live in the Black Country!!

And to top it all off, England won ..... a perfect night!

Thought the couple of tracks off the new album sounded so much better live than on record as well!!

Got say I wasn't in too great a mood when I got there & had forgotton all about Damaged Rose (no offense mate) - he may have been stood right next to me and i wouldn't have know.

As for no encore I waited for about 5 mins but when ya see one of the crew packing away the mics its a sure sign (usually ) that its over. Mind you still a grreat set by em & Sweet Seduction.

Yeah!! The new cd's were'nt printed in time apparently, like the T shirts though !!

No mate, I was with my girl, stood right in the middle dancing around and being pissed!! Was wearing a pin striped suit - can't have been many dressed like that in there that night!!

Was all the old cd's as far as I could see. The 2 dvds were on sale & a tshirt & about 4 folders of tylas artwork.

Not much as usual, very small velvet dress fishnets and boots, best looking girl in there!!
(just incase she's watching!!!)

I did see ya - ya were stood in the bar early on by a pillar. I was the bloke in the black leather stood watching the football
