What buggs me the most is that now that they haven't reach an agreement, what they should do would be to continue the talking and finalize a deal. Then they could make a comitte and save the game itself (adjusting the rules,ect) but they won't they'll sit on there asses until the end of the summer and will start talking again when time to get on the ice will come
