Also... why are Pretty Boy Floyd using the Leather Boyz CD cover on the pic? The old lineup aint back together right? I doubt that... but can't understand why a newer PBF pic isn't on the flyer.

Love both bands anyway, seen PBF in the UK... but I wanna see The Creeps!

i don't think PBF are playing in Lincoln. According to the post PBF are only playing in Tempe and New Orleans. and it's strange to say PBF are playing when it's not PBF but we are not going to go there.

Whisky Dix is a pretty cool bar, right across the street from Club Shampoo. If you are going be careful where you park your car there or it won't be there when you come out. I also believe that the creeps are playing cruefest with Trashlight Vision at the Whisky in July. that i might be at.

It says Lincoln up there Bill. Not on the bill, but it does say in the tour dates.

I could possibly get to the Detroit one...but I doubt I will. Man, to come that close to Chicago, and then pass over it, surely they could have found SOMEPLACE here to play!?! I would think Chicago area would be a MUST STOP area. I understand it is a tiny city and all, and not nearly the sprawling metropolis that Lincoln Nebraska is, but you might draw SOMEBODY to a show... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Oh, oh, oh, I get it. You don't think PBF are playing the Lincoln show...but PC ARE playing in Lincoln. Is that what you are saying?

Whoever would go to this only to see PBF though are nutjobs. I am sure Lycan doesn't give a ratsass about PBF on this one. Hell, Pat Boone could open and I would still be there. I just need to see this band live before I pass further judgement on them. Kind of like Robin Black.

PBF ARE NOT playing all those dates! only the couple listed. In Kansas City for example they are playing with SWiLL.

No chicago show? Probably becuase last time the creeps played there they played to the bartender, a waitress, the soundguy and ONE paying customer. So a total of 4 people saw that show.

Detriot was not quite so bad but it was closer to about 30 peeps there.

so, NO PRETTY BOY FLOYD at any shows EXCEPT where noted!

Wow, why did I never see that they did a Chicago show? This site is pretty good at keeping stuff posted about that band, and I never saw anything about them playing Chicago. I also never saw anything in any of the Chicago rags. I would have gone to it had I known that they were playing. I think maybe I need to bookmark every bands site to be sure where they are all playing at.

Did the bartender enjoy the show atleast? [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

If I drove off to Lincoln to see PC, I have a feeling somebody I know of who lives in Lawrence Kansas would probably never speak to me again since he has lived there for almost 20 years and I have never been there to see him. I hate to travel.

They didn't play Chicago last time which is why I went to Detroit. The closest they played to Chicago was Dekalb which is a college town and about an hour outside of Chicago. Not a smart idea during the summer months on a week night.

I believe they had a Chicago date scheduled for the last tour that was supposed to happen but never did. I think that was in the fall maybe. I don't know where it was supposed to be though.

I did send them a list of Chicago venues to contact for this tour so I'm still crossing my fingers that one will be added.

i know pepermint creeps are PBF also now, does anyone know what happened to les and the previous band ?????, traci is now my third friend to be in PBF at different times, the others are kerri kelli and les, and did les not write the whole last CD ??

Last I heard about Les was he and Dish were supposedly gonna head to Canada and play for a band there, but I don't think that ever happened.
After that, I never heard another thing about 'em.
