I just found the HIM 1997-2003 Video Collection on DVD at a small generic cd store...couldn't believe my find...I picked it up and I knew it was mine...haha.
It has 12 videos, 2 Making of 2vids, and an Interview...it's cool. The only let down is that BAM BAM Magura or what ever the hell his name is from MTV does HIM's vids...and seeing him thru the Makings and the Interview is just a pathetic pain in the ass. It's something I coulda dealt without...It puts a clinker on the Makings and the interview bigtime.

Wow,Marc,I'm totally jealous!! You struck Gold!!! They are suppose to be releasing another dvd of vids in late April too,so I'll be looking for that. If you ever get a dvd burner you know you have to burn me a copy of that!!! I know,the Bam thing,icckkk,but what's even stranger is how Bam idolizes Ville to the point of having the same tat in he same place. Kind of strange,but whatever.

Yes,this much I do know,but still,let me say this: My best friend and I were at a tat shop,she was there getting one of her many,I mentioned how much I loved this one piece. The very next one she got was the one I said I liked and was going to get,wellll,needless to say,I didn't then because she already had it and I wanted my tat to be unique and not have the two of us look like high school girls who called eachother up to wear matching outfits. interestingly enough,I read an interview with Ville where he say's he's ever been with a man,but will not say he never would be at some point. Whatever,I really don't care as long as he keeps singing and lookin like dat!!!

Despite the fact that I am (sadly) not a 14 year old girl I adore HIM. Me fave band of all time is The Mission ... and they remind me of an updated version of them ... I was ecstatic when they toured together but the bloody London Astoria shoved HIM on as doors opened so I missed it ! Dammit ! Bloody good band tho !

thats a shame James. I think I'm the oldest HIM fan in the world though. I don't know why,but it does seem they attract the under 18 crowd in droves. Well anyway,it is my hope to see them one day in concert.

Don'tt know Darren,I've only found " Join Me" But I do have the "Wicked Game" vid on dvd thanks to Bill. I watched it again yesterday and really I can't tell,but let's just say,I'm not focusing on any trannies when I watch [img]wink.gif[/img] Great song though,very well done.
I eventually caught them at Download in 2003 after a number of botched attenpts at trying to see them. Should be seeing them almost exactly two years on at this years Download too (that is if I can still stand and talk by that time [img]tongue.gif[/img]

There?s at least 3 or 4 videos to Wicked Game (cos the song was released so many times, first in Finland (2 videos,)the in Germany and then in UK, and still after that in US). There?s also two versions from video with that "shemale" on it, sencored and uncencored. I dpn?t remember what was the difference in those two.
The first one was great, it was shot in the park in Helsinki with videocamera by their friend. They really should add that one in some DVD.

thats not the wicked game vid I have,mine is different. I guess I'll have to see that one too then.
I'm not a HIM fan much at all, and prefered the band when they just called themselves Paradise Lost.
Anyhoo though, no, I have no tats and no peircings, just ain't my thing and I think about the future. I know I would turn 60, look at the tat of Clint The Cat flipping everybody off and sit there feeling like a friggin' idiot. If at 60 I still think it is a cool logo, maybe THEN I will consider getting it, but until then, my skin stays intact.
Oh, my mistake. I was dressing a grinding wheel once, and I misjudged things when I went to check out my dressing on it, and I accidentally ground down to the bone on my thumb on my left hand. I have a permanent burn on that thumb. Maybe that can be called a tattoo and I can finally join a band???
