I was watching that! I couldn't believe Milan jumped out to a 3-0 lead, let alone the 3 goals liverpool scored unanswered in the second half.
Love it when it comes down to a shootout!

Marky you Rugby team (Argentina) played outstanding the other night aginst the British Lions - really deserved to win but 25 - 25 is not too shabby

What a game! Fantastic result! Half time came and I thought no way Liverpool are going to pull this off. 3-0 down. Not a chance. I nearly switched over and said fuck it... but I watched anyway thinking there is no chance... but low and behold..... a RESULT!
I was more of an Everton supporter back in the day whilst my old man was a Liverpool supporter, but fair play... ace match.
Now.... if Wales can do a little better at Rugby... wicked! [img]smile.gif[/img]

Amazing game. Who would have thought they would overturn a 3 goal half time deficit. I thought Dudek was likely to be the villian of the piece the way he kept spilling it but what a spirited performance. Im a Man U supporter so LFC are the sworn enemy but i wouldnt begrudge them their success.

I got a '5 minutes to Vain interview' call from
Norma, their (really nice) tour manager, around
9:30, but we needed to find Shmian, to sort out
which room it was taken place in upstairs. I
knew the little minx was darting back and fore
the pub next door all night to watch the match -
and the score was killing me - so off I went.
I didn't find him, but I did find a pub full of
people glued to the screens, a 3-3 with 10 minutes
to go result, and everyone declaring it 'the best
match of their lives,' etc.
Do I stay, or do I go, go back and interview

I fucking stayed, didn't I! Well, for one speedy
pint until normal time ended. And then I thought,
if I don't leave now, I never will. So essentially
speaking, I missed the lot. The interview was
worth it though.

I don't know how it was broadcast where you all were, but here in the US, they had a poll question that asked "Can Liverpool come back in the second half, yes or no?" I looked at my wife, and this was 8 minutes into the second half, and said "yeah right, like that ever happens in soccer." LOL! They scored their first goal about a minute later, and the comeback was on.
