Wow!!! Nice drums!!! I've always enjoyed his clinics and his conversations at NAMM. He even helped me with my kit on a gig in Austin, TX 1995. He's a very nice guy with killer chops. I can't wait to hear his new compositions.
I recently saw a clinic of him in Amsterdam. A very nice guy and fantastic player. He has plans to join a band again with touring plans too at the end of the year. And he was considering electronic drums again [img]eek.gif[/img] Probably to add arabic scales [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Oh my god! We have him and Chad Wackerman playing together for the Drum Pad 20th Anniversary show in September. And they're just the opening act. There are six or more to go after them. Guys with little sets - like Mike Mangini and Mike Portnoy!
That sounds like a great event!!! Who else is on the list?
Chad did a clinic here recently- his kit was pretty normal- 7 piece, double pedal kit I think...everything real close and tight.

I've got TONS of respect for Terry, he's obviously a signifigant and monster player.

What's the price of his kit?
Firstly I dig Terry's playing a lot from an artistic stand point but I think he may have some high functioning autism that feeds his creative side but doesn't allow him to relate to an audience very well. After hearing about Nicolas Slonimsky's Thesaurus of Scales and Melodic Patterns for the umpteenth time the kid who just wanted TB to sign his "Sheik Yerbouti" or "Heavy Metal Bebop" CD is praying that a shard of wood from TB's sticks breaks off and stabs him in the jugular. The first time i saw Terry, i had just finished my final year of music theory in college and i swear to God, if i hadn't just taken the final exam a week before, and it was so fresh in my mind, i wouldn't have known what the hell he was talking about half of the time!
