If the guitar I ordered still isn't available and gets pushed back again..
1. Continue to wait (I love the design and set up) for the ESP LTD Ax-50..
or..
2. Say screw it, cancel the order, then order the ESP LTD F100FM (I kinda like the design, different yet not) which they have in stock.. and pay an extra 10 bucks on the 3 monthly payments..
So what would you do?

I'd look elsewhere and if you couldnt get the one you origionally wanted, I'd wait. thats a bad ass set of strings there.

Should I wait on the one on the bottom, or just go with the top one.. Just to let you in a little bit more.. The top one is in stock and ready to ship from the place I'd be getting it.. The bottom one, which is the one I pre-ordered.. I've had pre-ordered since 03-31-05

...but the bottom is so much cooler looking...
Mind you, I know absofuckinglutely nothing in regards to guitars, I'm just saying what I like the looks of...
I'd try to hold out a bit longer for the bottom one.

Depends on what kind of music you want to play. That bottom one is pure heavy metal. The top one looks a little more sophisticated...like it could crossover into other musical styles.

Mostly heavy metal.. Although I could like to play other softer tones on occasion. But mostly heavy metal.. I'm just getting tired of waiting is all.. People who know me would tell you I've done damn good to last 5 months in wait for it. I would love a Washburn Maya, but I don't have 1500 to through down on it.. Unless they make a payment plan, but I doubt that.

What I mean to say is I'd have to get a Maya at a local dealer or order one direct from Washburn.. The place I would get either of the above two from doesn't have a Maya. (And American Musical does offer payment plans)

If I don't get it by next month, I've decided to get the F100FM. I don't like the colors that are available for the Washburn anyway, and based on what Baimun said, I don't think I'll get one.. I like the look of both ESP's, so either one I guess will do.. The Ax-50 is a basic ESP I believe, and the F100FM is probably a little better built.. Or it better be for 30 dollars more [img]tongue.gif[/img]
Edit: Oh and by the way.. I already own a Strat, I wanted something different with a different sound to it with a Tune-o-matic bridge and string-thru-body

DON'T get a Washburn
I've repaired guitars over the years and their quality control is just about the worst. Odds are, you'll end up with a neck that looks like a bow and arrow.
ESP makes a fine import guitar... you should be happy with whichever one you get.
