I'd get rid of that fuckin annoying Fruity thread but keep Buttz'z humour going, it kills me.
Block all of Ian Hunters posts he just seems to be intent on upsetting people and making shit up about my past
I think it would be difficult to categorize a lot of these threads. I don't have a problem with the way it is now.
I think a pie and pea supper would be nice once a month.
And what the fuck is it with the fruity thread? Don't fucking go there if it annoys you. How simple is that?

A separate section for all these video/album downloads would be nice, separate from the general chit-chat.

1. Count how many times I've posted on the fruit thread.
2. Downloads are great for the majority on here, just not for me cos I don't have broadband access. SJ was asking for suggestions. Maybe a downloads board with a small section for chit-chat would suit you.
3. Are you seriously spitting your dummy out, or just taking the piss? If you're seriously getting arsey, then you know people will feed off that and prod and prod.

The downloads just need a stickey thread at top.
Good idea. It won't take long to reach fruity lengths.

Improvements, how about a dart board and vote a wanker of the week comp. The winner being pinned to said board and abused(by computer only, in most cases)for a few days. Maybe you should'nt want to catagorise sub divide etc. as most people tastes will cross over somewhere.

A download section would be good. Then you would need sections for music topics, general discussion, politics, as well as general foolishness. Don't forget a section for those looking for players as well as a trading/collecting forum.

ps:about the fruity thread...i just don't get most of the jokes in that thread (blame it on my english knowledge)so i soon lost interest and i just don't read the thread anymore.

The board is okay the way it is, but if changes are to be made, then those above are my thoughts!
As for the fruity thread, you do need to understand to get a lot of the joking.
I agree. "Get Fruity" is getting rather too clever now. I can't cope with it any more.
So that's why you brought it back to the front page?
Some of the joking on the fruity thread does depend on one's knowledge of the English language to understand it, but you knew that.
I think it would be great to devide the board into more sections.
A "Trade" chategory would be cool, which again could be devided into "Downloads" and "Snail mail" trades. People post lists and links to downloads.
Then I guess "Music news" would be another good idea. People can post whatever news they find, or whatever has happened on Glitzine
"General chit chat" another idea...
Maybe make a whole chapther called "The fucking friuty thread" so only the people who are really interessted in it would need to see it.
How about a chatroom kinda thing, Like a Bar room and Buttz could be head barman!
Carl I could reside at the door as Head doorman and kick out any drunken peeps! Ist two would have to be warned about the noise would be IH and Jay! LOL!
Glamster7 could prop up the bar everynight with wit and words of wisdom.
Marshy could be the in house sound engineer.
Then we could have a satelite link to the Katz out in Texas and we could turn him off when ever.
Spicey could spice it up as the Glamourous barmaid we all wanna chat with!
Sorry i't getting like a soap now but do feel free to add or change characters! LOL
